About Pamela
every person as unique whole
I work in a holistic way, understanding every person as a unique whole: a combination of emotions, thoughts, experiences and inner stories. I am deeply fascinated by the complexity of the human psyche and by the ways interpersonal relationships shape our sense of identity, safety, and belonging. This passion naturally leads me toward individual therapy for adults, adolescents and couples therapy – areas in which I aim to support clients in building healthier, more conscious, and more fulfilling connections.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Poznań, Poland. After moving to Switzerland, I experienced first-hand what it means to start anew in a foreign country. As an expat myself, I understand the emotional and cultural challenges that come with such a transition, and I recognize how important it is to feel truly understood, grounded, and supported during this process.
Psychology is the lens through which I see people, relationships and the world.
my therapeutic approach
My therapeutic approach is deeply influenced by the humanistic philosophy of Carl Rogers, particularly his belief in the individual’s natural capacity for growth, healing, and self-actualization. I cultivate a therapeutic space built on empathy, authenticity, and acceptance – a space where every person can feel safe enough to explore their emotions, understand their patterns, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace. I see my role as guiding clients in discovering the inner resources that already exist within them, helping them use these strengths to navigate life with greater clarity and compassion.
At the same time, I draw inspiration from the psychodynamic philosophy of Carl Gustav Jung, especially his understanding of the unconscious and the transformative nature of human relationships.
“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
This perspective profoundly informs my work – the understanding that meaningful therapeutic contact can become a catalyst for genuine change.
Outside of my professional work, I reconnect with myself through nature and travel. Discovering new places, cultures, and perspectives continuously inspires me and broadens the way I understand people. At the same time, I cherish the quiet, grounding contact with nature and the simple joy of exploring the beautiful country which I call home. I also share my life with two wonderful cats, whose unique personalities remind me daily of the importance of both independence and closeness.
