Psychological support for Geneva’s international community — from the practice that founded the field.
Geneva is unlike any other city in the world. Home to the United Nations, the Red Cross, the WHO, and over 200 international organisations, it hosts one of the most extraordinary expat communities on earth — diplomats, humanitarian workers, international civil servants, NGO professionals, and the families who build lives alongside them. At Expat Psychologist Geneva, we have been supporting this community since 2009, and we understand the particular pressures that come with international service work: burnout, moral injury, the weight of global responsibility, and the challenge of maintaining personal wellbeing when your professional world demands so much.
We also work with the broader Geneva expat population — corporate professionals, trailing spouses, international students, and families navigating life in one of Europe’s most international and expensive cities. Our multidisciplinary team is trained in CBT and a range of evidence-based approaches, and we tailor every intervention to the individual. Our clients receive practical, concrete tools from their very first session.

Before there were others, there was one. Taisia Slobodjaniuk created the field of expat psychology from scratch — because as an expat herself, the help she needed simply did not exist.
