About Pamela

Psychology is more than just profession

Psychology is more than just a profession for me—it’s a passion, a way of seeing the world and understanding people. I believe that every person is a unique whole, where thoughts, emotions, and experiences intertwine to create an individual story. I am deeply fascinated by exploring the hidden depths of the human psyche and the ways our relationships shape who we are. My greatest interest lies in understanding human connections, which is why I see my future in couples therapy and individual therapy for adults.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Poznań, Poland. Some time ago, I moved to Switzerland, and I personally understand the challenges and rewards of building a new life in a foreign country. As an expat myself, I know how important it is to feel understood and supported, especially when facing personal and cultural transitions.

Empathy and openness are at the heart of my work. I create a safe space where people can truly explore themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. I believe that healing and self-discovery happen when we feel seen and heard, and my goal is to guide my clients toward deeper self-awareness and meaningful change.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

– Carl R. Rogers

I inspired by the ideas of Carl Rogers

I am inspired by the ideas of Carl Rogers. His humanistic approach to psychology resonates deeply with mine, especially the belief that the most important thing in therapy is the individual’s growth, self-actualization, and the development of their full potential while at the same time being fully accepted as a human being and supported. I believe that every person has a natural healing potential, and I see my role as helping and supporting each individual in discovering and utilizing these inner resources.

Beyond my work, I find balance in nature, whether through mountain hikes or yoga, both of which help me stay grounded and present. I also share my life with two wonderful cats, who constantly remind me of the importance of both independence and closeness—on their terms, of course.
