Do you struggle to focus, feel constantly overwhelmed, or suspect your ADHD has gone unrecognized? You are not alone — and you are in the right place.
ADHD Assessment
ADHD is one of the most frequently misdiagnosed and under diagnosed conditions in adults. For expats, the challenges of navigating a new country, a new language, and a new professional environment can mask or amplify ADHD symptoms, making it even harder to recognise what is really happening. An accurate assessment is the essential first step toward understanding yourself — and building a life that works with your brain, not against it.
Our multilingual team provides comprehensive, evidence-based ADHD assessments for adults in Zurich, Zug, and Geneva — and online for expats worldwide.
Our assessments are conducted using validated diagnostic tools, and are available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Dutch. We take a culturally sensitive approach, recognizing that ADHD can present differently across cultural backgrounds and life contexts.
The assessment process includes:
- An initial clinical interview exploring your history, symptoms, and daily functioning
- Standardised psychometric testing
- A comprehensive (written) report with your results and recommendations
- A feedback session with your psychologist to discuss findings and next steps
A formal ADHD diagnosis from our practice is accepted for workplace accommodations, academic institutions, and insurance purposes.

After your assessment — the ADHD support package
ADHD Support Package
A diagnosis is the beginning, not the end. Understanding that you have ADHD is only meaningful if it leads to real, practical change in your daily life.
That is why we have developed a dedicated 4-session ADHD Support Package — available both for clients who have been assessed with us and for those who already have a diagnosis from elsewhere.
The package includes 4 sessions of 60 minutes each, focused on:
- Addressing the impact of ADHD on your relationships and professional life
- Understanding your specific ADHD profile and how it shows up in your daily life
- Developing personalized strategies for focus, time management, and organization
- Building emotional regulation skills
- Creating sustainable routines and systems that work for your brain.
This package is not generic psychoeducation. It is tailored entirely to you — your symptoms, your context, your goals.
Already diagnosed elsewhere? You do not need to be tested with us to access this package. If you have an existing ADHD diagnosis and would like structured support, we welcome you to join directly.
